JITI is a boutique business that specializes in custom furniture and home decor. As a versatile team member, I was brought on to wear many hats. One of my primary duties was overseeing and refining the retail business, while also managing custom orders that come from hospitality groups and private clients. My role included designing new products, sourcing materials, managing a small team of contractors, improving our e-commerce channels, creating shop drawings, sourcing and costing for different projects.
Since joining the company, I successfully broadened the assortment of home decor offerings, streamlined manufacturing processes, and revamped the brand’s e-commerce presence. Additionally, I have taken on the responsibility of being the point person for custom developments related to select clients in the business. My contributions have helped to improve the efficiency and profitability of the business and have established me as a trusted member of the team.

As head of the department, I execute all stages of design and production and handle all communication and logistics for the brand. Within 5 years I was able to expand the line to 50 styles ranging from Apparel to Accessories, along with a production increase of up to 10,000 units in 2016.
